Fairchild Equipment Receives Industry Award

Green Bay, WI – Fairchild Equipment has been awarded the prestigious MVP (Most Valuable Partner) Award for 2017!  This is the third year that Fairchild Equipment has earned an MVP Award from the industry’s trade association, MHEDA (Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association).

Award recipients must satisfy a rigorous set of criteria with less than 7% of the association’s membership earning the award.   As a 2017 MVP, Fairchild Equipment has successfully demonstrated a commitment to business excellence, professionalism and good stewardship.

To qualify for the annual MVP Award companies are required to provide evidence of their commitment to their partners in business including their customers, employees and suppliers.  They must satisfy criteria in the following important areas:

  • Industry Advocacy
  • Customer Service & Safety Practices
  • Business Networking
  • Continuing Education
  • Business Best Practices

“We are truly honored to once again be honored by our peers as an MVP,” said Van Clarkson, President of Fairchild Equipment – Southern Division. “MHEDA is important to our organization as it provides educational opportunities that allow us to improve our business practices, while serving as an important advocate for our industry. In other words, we're better at what we do because of our membership.”

“MHEDA members represent the best of our industry; and those who earn the MVP Award have documented that excellence and commitment to their customers, employees and the material handling industry,” said Scott Lee, MHEDA’s 2016 Chairman of the Board and President of Schaumburg, IL based Conveyor Solutions, Inc.  “MHEDA is very proud of our MVP Award winners.”
